How to Use The Ordinary Retinol 1%

• Patch testing is recommended before use. Keep out of children's reach.

• As part of your skincare routine, apply a tiny amount to your face in the evening, following water-based serums but before more intense treatments. 

• Use sun cream while being exposed to the sun.

• Use only one retinoid therapy at a time. Steer clear of direct sun exposure. 

Note: Retinol should be used with caution as the skin develops tolerance to it. In the early phases of treatment, it can irritate, redden, and peel, especially around the mouth and eyes. If irritation becomes constant, stop using and see a doctor. Apply only as instructed on intact skin.
