What is your return policy?

Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only for those received with any damage, defect, or discrepancy. Discrepancies refer to missing item/s, receiving an incorrect package or product, or extra items

This rarely happens, but in the unlikely event that you have received a defective product, extra product, or wrong item or package, please do not dispose of them or give them away. Product returns and retrievals will be requested by our Customer Service Team. Items that are part of a set or come in a bundle must be returned as a complete set (any and all accessories included).

Concerns must be reported within 2 days after delivery. Outside this timeline, the product/s could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control that could have contributed to the damage, defect, or discrepancy reported.

Any concerns received after the 2 day period will not be accommodated.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or found with any discrepancies. 

Broken seal, Used, Switched, wrong skin concern, liquid, semi-liquid are not be accommodated for return.

if you order the wrong item mistakenly ,still you can change with applicable shipping fees with perfect product condition in that case we will ship change items once your item we received & inspected .

it will take a total of 3 to 5 working days after all the terms have been comply .


How do I start the return process?

To avail of our Return Policy Please contact us ASAP through our social media channel or hotline number with the following details:.

  • Order Number 
  • Package Number / Courier waybill number 
  • Photo/video of the product/s involved
  • Acknowledgment Receipt
  • Brief description of the issue encountered
  • Photo of the packaging materials used (Box, Pouch, and/or other packaging materials applied by our partner couriers*)
  • Waybill Receipt*

Our customer service department will give you a token number for further inquiry uses and we will arrange pickup by our courier partner or you can send it through SA Paribhan / sundarban courier service .No worry we will redemption the charges if the claim is valid .
