HOW TO USE:
To apply the Rom&nd Blur Fudge Tint in 09 Coral Jubilee, make sure your lips are clean and moisturized to create a smooth base. Using the flat applicator, dispense a tiny amount of product and spread it evenly from the middle of your lips to the edges. To achieve a soft, blurred effect, softly press your lips together two to three times, or smudge the corners with your fingertip or a lip brush for a more natural look. If you like a more vivid color, apply extra coats and repeat the blending procedure until you reach the desired brilliance.
