L.A. Girl Lip Plumper - GLP528 SHIMMER

The Lip Plumper instantly plumps and fills up your lips. This cinnamon-infused product stimulates circulation with a warm, tingling sensation, momentarily increasing volume for fuller-looking lips. A light pink tint lends a pop of color to this flirty bitten effect. Wear alone to accentuate your natural lips or over color to fill out your appearance.
