HOW TO USE:
Saturate a cotton pad with the cleansing water.
Gently wipe the face, starting from the center and moving outward, to remove makeup and impurities.
For point makeup, press the soaked cotton pad onto the area for 5–10 seconds before wiping.
Follow up with a foam cleanser if desired, especially for heavier makeup.
