Numbuzin No.4 Hydrating Glow Mineral Toner

Use this toner to prepare your skin for the next step of skin care or foundation makeup application. How to use:

1. Use the toner one or two times.
2. Before applying makeup, use your hands or gently wipe with cotton pads.
