HOW TO USE:

Twist the cap to open the nozzle, then apply 4 to 6 inches from the skin. Spray on palms and rub onto the face. For best results, apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. Rub in and reapply every two hours, after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and just after towel drying.
