HOW TO USE:

With the tip of the pencil, etch Colour Elixir Lip Liner around the outer lip line, shaping around the cupid's bow to add fullness. Lightly feather the lip pencil into the center of the lips to create a long-lasting base, similar to a lip primer. Finish with a matching colour of Colour Elixir Lipstick, applied directly from the bullet for rich colour.
