HOW TO USE:
You can use the toner in three different ways after washing your face: apply it straight to your skin for light absorption, gently wipe the toner along the texture of your skin with a cotton pad, or soak a cotton pad in toner and apply it as a skin pack for around five minutes on dry regions.
