Dual-purpose eye cream that reduces dark circles and brightens the dark eye area. Haruharu Wonder's Black Rice Eye Cream fights wrinkles around the eyes with fermented Black Rice, Bamboo Shoot Bark extract, and plant-derived Bakuchiol (retinol replacement component) at 5,000ppm. This dual-purpose eye lotion helps to eliminate dark circles while also brightening the dark eye area. Bakuchiol is a high-purity natural active, a safe alternative substance with similar efficacy to antioxidant retinol (vitamin A) without side effects, isolated from the seeds of the legume family's Psoralea Corylifolia, a traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Black rice is naturally high in antioxidant components, but when fermented, its anti-oxidant effectiveness skyrockets.
