Haruharu Wonder's Black Rice Eye Cream fights wrinkles around the eyes with fermented Black Rice, Bamboo Shoot Bark extract, and plant-derived Bakuchiol (retinol replacement component) at 5,000ppm. This dual-purpose eye lotion helps to eliminate dark circles while also brightening the dark eye area. Bakuchiol is a high-purity natural active, a safe alternative substance with similar efficacy to antioxidant retinol (vitamin A) without side effects, isolated from the seeds of the legume family's Psoralea Corylifolia, a traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Black rice is naturally high in antioxidant components, but when fermented, its anti-oxidant effectiveness skyrockets.

How to use:
In the morning and evening, take a rice-grain-sized amount and divide it between your ring fingers, then gently tap the cream onto the under-eye area and eyelids until thoroughly absorbed.
