E.l.f. Cosmetics Poreless Putty Primer

How to use

Step 1: Use the spatula end of the Putty priming Brush and Applicator to scoop out the Poreless Putty Primer for a quick and hygienic priming application.
Step 2: Apply and blend a thin, even layer of face primer to hydrate skin before applying makeup using the brush end of the Putty Primer Brush and Applicator.
Step 3: Give the primer 30 seconds to solidify before using foundation.
