HOW TO USE:
To use the Baren Shea Butter Sleeping Heel Patch, start by thoroughly washing and drying your feet to ensure proper adhesion. Take the patch out of its packaging and peel off both paper covers from the back, along with the white cover in the center. Place the longer side of the patch horizontally on the sole, then wrap the winged sections securely around the back of your heel. Leave the patch on for at least two hours.
