HOW TO USE:

Turn the warm water on to full force and slowly sprinkle the packet of natural colloidal oatmeal directly under the faucet into the tub or container. Stir any oatmeal that settles at the bottom to ensure it is evenly distributed. For use as a soak in a bath, slowly stir one packet of colloidal oatmeal into an infant tub filled with water, ensuring any oatmeal that settles at the bottom is mixed in. Soak the affected area for 15 to 30 minutes, or as directed by a doctor. After soaking, gently pat dry (do not rub) to leave a thin layer of oatmeal on the skin.
